learning goal: what thematic threads run through 2.2?
At start of class, submit jan/feb blog post to TURNITIN; I will assess mechanics there, rather than in the public arena of your blog; I hope to leave a comment on content at your blog, rather than on TURNITIN.
TODAY’S SCRIPT (2.2 & 3.1.1-89)
DUMB SHOW in FOURS (20 minutes for prep):
using single sentences for each event ( from “Nine Episodes” p.98 #3a last class),
“choose one line from each section that best expresses the dramatic action. Then use your chosen lines to work out a very short enactment [i.e., a dumb show] of the whole scene” (98 #3b)
For example of dumb show, see 3.2.120.
